Job Description

Responsible for assembling, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures that provide temporary support to workers and materials at construction sites. This involves assessing site conditions, ensuring the scaffolding is safe and stable, and securing it to buildings or structures. Safety is a primary concern, so the scaffolder is also responsible for inspecting scaffolding regularly and adhering to safety regulations.

Preferred qualifications

With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit;
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
