Non-heated Fishery Processed Foodstuff Manufacturing Work (Salted Product Manufacturing)
jOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for producing salted fish and seafood products. This involves preparing raw fish, applying salt to preserve it, and managing the curing process to achieve the desired flavor and texture. The worker must ensure that the salting process meets quality standards, and that the final product is properly packaged for distribution. Compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness throughout the production process are essential.
Preferred qualifications
With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit;
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
