jOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for raising pigs for pork production, which includes feeding them a nutritious diet, maintaining clean and comfortable living conditions, and monitoring their health. The role involves implementing breeding programs, ensuring the welfare of the pigs, and adhering to biosecurity protocols. Additionally, the hog farmer is responsible for managing the process of preparing pigs for transport to processing facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Preferred qualifications

  • With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
  • Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
  • Mentally, emotionally and physically fit;
  • With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
  • Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
  • If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
  • Complete documentary requirements.
