jOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for producing ham, sausage, and bacon through various processes including seasoning, curing, smoking, and packaging. This involves preparing meat, mixing spices, stuffing casings, and cooking or smoking products according to specific recipes. The worker must ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards, adhere to hygiene practices, and are properly packaged for distribution.
Preferred qualifications
With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit;
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
