jOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for operating concrete pumps that transfer concrete to hard-to-reach areas on construction sites. This involves setting up the machinery, ensuring an even flow of concrete, and coordinating with workers to ensure that the concrete is properly poured and leveled. The operator must monitor the equipment to ensure smooth operation and address any technical issues.

Preferred qualifications

With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit;
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
