Responsible for providing support and care for individuals in various settings, such as homes, hospitals, or care facilities. This includes assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, managing medications, and ensuring the overall well-being of the individuals under care. The care worker must maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor, adhere to care plans, and follow health and safety regulations.
Preferred qualifications
With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit;
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
