jOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for operating road rollers and other heavy machinery to compact soil, gravel, or asphalt in the construction of roads, foundations, and other infrastructure projects. This ensures the stability and durability of the surfaces being worked on. The operator must monitor the machinery and the ground conditions to achieve the required level of compaction.

Preferred qualifications

With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit;
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
