jOB DESCRIPTION
The role in the Agriculture Industry involves managing and optimizing agricultural operations to ensure the effective production of crops and livestock. Responsibilities include overseeing planting, cultivating, and harvesting processes, as well as managing irrigation, fertilization, and pest control measures. The role requires monitoring soil health, implementing crop rotation strategies, and utilizing machinery and technology to enhance productivity. Additionally, candidates must ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and sustainability practices while working closely with farm workers and suppliers. Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, crop management, and animal husbandry is essential. The role demands physical stamina, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to improving efficiency and sustainability in farming operations. Experience with farm management systems and a background in agriculture or related fields is highly valued.
Preferred qualifications
- With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
- Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
- Mentally, emotionally and physically fit;
- With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
- Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
- If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
- Complete documentary requirements.
