Job Description

The Agriculture Industry role involves the cultivation, production, and harvesting of crops as well as the maintenance and management of agricultural land and farming equipment. Responsibilities include planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops, operating agricultural machinery, monitoring crop growth, and maintaining farm facilities to ensure efficient production. Workers may also assist in soil preparation, pest control, irrigation management, and post-harvest handling activities.

Preferred qualifications

With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
