Job Description

The Accommodation Industry role involves providing hospitality services that ensure guests experience comfort, safety, and high-quality customer service within hotels, resorts, dormitories, or lodging establishments. Responsibilities include assisting guests with reservations, managing check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities, and responding promptly to guest requests and concerns. Staff may also coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams to support smooth daily operations.

Preferred qualifications

With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
