JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for managing and executing cleaning tasks in commercial buildings. This includes overseeing cleaning staff, ensuring that cleaning procedures are followed, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the building. The worker must handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, manage cleaning schedules, and address any maintenance issues.

Preferred qualifications

With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
