Responsible for preparing and baking bread products. This includes mixing ingredients, kneading dough, shaping loaves, and monitoring baking times and temperatures. The baker ensures that bread is baked to the correct texture and color, maintains cleanliness in the baking area, and adheres to food safety regulations. The role also involves managing inventory of baking ingredients and equipment.
Preferred qualifications
With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit;
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
