jOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for processing beef and pork into primal cuts and other portions. This includes butchering, deboning, and portioning meat according to specific guidelines. The worker must ensure that all meat is processed efficiently and hygienically, adhering to safety standards and quality control measures. Responsibilities also include maintaining equipment and following protocols for meat handling and storage to ensure safety and quality.
Preferred qualifications
With a valid Philippine Passport (at least 3 years);
Motivated to work in Japan for at least 3-5 years;
Mentally, emotionally and physically fit;
With 1-year work experience on the job applying for;
Willing to undergo Nihongo Basic Language Training for at least 320 hours;
If with Tattoo/s (employer’s discretion); and
Complete documentary requirements.
